Folk Art Raggedy Anne Doll

This Child Friendly, hand washable, raggedy Ann is 16 1/2" tall and sits 9" high. I've made her of flesh toned fabric and she's stuffed with hypo-allergenic polyester fiberfill. Her features are hand embroidered.The nose for this doll is long stitches but I've coated the threads of the nose with an ACMI certified, non toxic product so the child cannot hook fingernails in the threads and damage the stitches. The legs are red and white striped fabric, the shoes black fabric. Her yarn hair is a merino wool/acrylic blend. It's cut into lengths, knotted and securely stitched to the doll's scalp.
The doll wears removable white pantaloons. The white. cotton blend, half apron has blue ric rac stitched above the hem and the top of the apron is stitched into the waistband of the cotton dress. The dress is hemmed with elastic on the ends of the sleeves and velcro closure at the back. The doll is signed "designed and made with love, Lucy Rox" and dated. Hand washing instructions are included with the doll. She's very easy to wash and drips dry.
